We are highly committed to making our organic vegetables financially accessible and accept SNAP/EBT for our CSA shares. We also offer payment plans and are more than happy to explore work-for-share or bartering arrangements. Please email us at rattlerootfarm@gmail.com if you’d like to explore any of these options with us.

Ways to Pay:

Cash (Preferred) or Check : Please make out checks to Rattle Root Farm LLC and mail to 33 Hubbardston Road, Princeton, MA, 01541. If paying by cash, email us at rattlerootfarm@gmail.com to arrange a drop-off.
Venmo: We can accept Venmo, but due to the platform increasing fees for businesses, we strongly prefer cash or check.
Please provide payment by January 31st, 2026 to ensure your spot.

CSA pick-ups will be located on the farm, at 89 Mirick Road in Princeton on Tuesdays from 1-6PM and Fridays from 1-6PM.

All CSA members have access to PYO herbs and cut flowers at a designated area on the farm, and we welcome our members to spend time exploring (or relaxing!) in our beautiful fields and gardens.

CSA Member Agreement

By becoming a CSA member of Rattle Root Farm, you will share in both the rewards and risks of local, seasonal farming. Below is an agreement to outline what members can expect from the farm, and what the farm can expect from its members. 1) Pick-Up Policy: Members (or their designated substitutes) must pick up their share during their scheduled day and time. If an alternative arrangement is required, please email us with at least 1 days notice. We cannot offer make-up shares for missed pick-ups. 2) Share Splitting Policy: While we prefer that shares not be split between two households, it can be permitted at our discretion. In this event, only one party may pick up the share and PYO herbs and flowers each week. Please coordinate with your share partner to decide who will pick up in a given week. If you would like to discuss this further, please reach out to us via email! 3) Produce Variety & Quantity Farming is at the mercy of weather, pests or other circumstances. Sometimes this means that we can’t guarantee having a certain crop at expected times. 4) Payment and Refunds: Payment for the season is due in full by January 31st, 2026 (unless an alternative payment structure has been discussed). All payments are non-refundable once the season begins, except in extraordinary circumstances. 5) By clicking the box below, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this CSA member agreement.
