Work-for-Share

Are you interested in being part of of work-for-share program? We ask for 3 hour weekly commitment in return for a CSA share. Tasks will often include some harvesting, vegetable processing and a range of other field work (transplanting, trellising, weeding, irrigation management, terminating crops and much more!). Work-for-share members typically help out on Tuesdays or Fridays from 9-Noon. If this sounds fun and you are interested in helping out and learning about no-till farming (or know someone who might be!) send us an email at rattlerootfarm@gmail.com and we can arrange a working interview.

Update Spring 2026: Our work-for-share program is full for the upcoming season but feel free to reach out if you are interested, as we sometimes need more hands for specific tasks!
