Joey's Desert Island Tomato Salad

My formula is pretty simple…

Choose a mix of different tomatoes (heirloom, red, and cherry) and slice them into bite sized pieces.

Mix them well with a dash of red wine vinegar, some sliced garlic and thinly sliced red onion.

Add a healthy glug of olive oil and some basil and voila!
